Ellsworth bank manager’s up to challenge of getting down to business

Business is what Jonas Gonstead’s career is all about.
The new manager of Associated Bank’s Ellsworth office has business people in his family, has held business positions with area banks in the past, serves business interests with an organization he co-founded and hopes to teach business classes in the future.
Although Gonstead will oversee all activities in Associated’s local branch, he didn’t find much difference last week between his new role and his previous business-focused posts. Earlier this month, he succeeded Heather
Gifford in the manager’s job here; Gifford has been promoted to the bank’s office on Carmichael Road in Hudson, he said.
