Malone Spelling Bee results announced

Malone Elementary School Spelling Bee 2012 top classroom spellers are, in the front row: Claudia Johnson, Logan Oie, Aaliyah Adrian (Runner-Up) and Nathan Wolf (Champion). PRESCOTT--Fifth Grader Nathan Wolf is the 2012 Malone Elementary School Spelling Bee Champion.

After seven rounds, Fourth Grader Aaliyah Adrian and Wolf began the Championship Round. After four rounds in the Championship Round, Wolf won the spelling bee, with the winning word being “kindergarten.”

Wolf went on to represent Malone at the Regional Contest on Feb. 22 at Viking Middle School in Woodville.

Congratulations to all of Malone’s top classroom spellers for their fine performance at the Feb. 15 Malone School Spelling Bee!
